Cannot see any browser history for Explorer 10

I have installed internet explorer 10 and I am facing the issue that I have not been able to access browsing history. That part is blank when ever I check. How can I enable browser to record all the browsing history for me? What if after enabling, the same problem occurs?

Internet Explorer 10 sometimes has difficulty storing browsing data. Try the following:
Go to "Internet Options"
Open the "Content" tab
Click on the "Settings" under "AutoComplete"
Make sure "Browsing history" is checked
click “OK”
And again, click “OK”.

If that doesn't work, then you can reset your browser settings by following these instructions from Microsoft
