Hello,
I cannot get the search toolbar inactive from default webpage in my Mozilla Firefox browser. I have tried to reset the default settings but it did not work. So I am in some inconvenience and like to solve the problem.
If someone can help me please suggest me how to get it out of default start page.

Cannot remove search toolbar from the default start page
Hello Christian,
I don’t have the search toolbar so I’m going to use another one to make an example.
If you want to disable the toolbar:

Go to the Add-on manager tab (press Alt then go to Tools>Add-on or press Ctrl+Shift+A)

There click Extensions and click on Disable on the right of tool-bar’s row.

Then restart Firefox and the tool-bar will be gone.
If you want to reset your home page:

Go to the Options window(press Alter then go to Tools>Options)

There on the General tab you will find Restore to Default, click on it and restart Firefox.
Hope that fixes your problem.

Either remove it from the list of extentions available in Firefox or follow these steps:
Right click on the Menu Bar > customize.

Drag the search bar to Customise box.

Here is an alternative way right click on the toolbar and a dropdown box pops out. Select HIDE/UNINSTALL.Â
