Hi,

When I’m trying to sign up for an AIM account, It asked me to give a user name, then I clicked signup, but the website gives me a thanks message, and shows “you may qualify for additional registrations in 24 hours” Error code 420. I have deleted cookies and tried for 2 days, but still not able to sign up.

Please help me.

I have experienced this kind of problem but not in AIM, mine is in logging in with my Facebook account using my Firefox browser. I have tried for almost 3 days unsuccessfully. When I tried to log in using Chrome, it successfully logged in, no error. So just try to sign up using other browsers like Safari.

Dear Wyman Zeb,
          This issue is a server side issue not your system issue because it has browser a compatibility issue so you should to send this report to the support department of AIM they can help you. I want to tell you this issue mostly occur when maintenance or any development work is in progress or might be any database server interaction work is in progress so you should to email them with all details They can respond you and resolve your issue.
