Cannot play multiplayer without Bluetooth

Hi,

This No Network error appears every time I want to play this game in multiplayer mode. Is not working with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. My Internet connection is OK the Bluetooth is working properly and still I have this one. Does anyone have any idea how can this be solved ? What should I do ?

Hello There,

We don’t have enough information to analyze your situation here, Like, the operating system which is being used here, Though it seems to be IOS. 

However, first perform these 2 regular checks, may be your issue gets fixed by these two itself.

1. Many apps has network preference, check and select appropriate network option- that is to play over data connection, not over wifi or Bluetooth.

2. Check quality of active data connection. I mean is this working fine to be used by this game or not
