Just today, I was trying to use the configure alternative to move "Report Customizer" and an error message box appear (see image below) “Can not open the Wizard. Please click on help> Update Components”. Is anyone of you have encountered this error? Can you please help me solve this problem. Thanks.

I am having a hard time checking the name of the application in the web. I wish you also added the exact name of the application that caused this error. I tried searching the web using the word “b2win” but I get several information and different applications.
If this application that caused the error is installed on your desktop, try doing another clean installation of the program again to restore it to its default configuration and remove possible corrupted files in its installation. Any corrupted files that may have developed in the program can cause different function abnormalities within the application. Uninstall the application then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install the program again after this and then check if it is working.
