Cannot open Dctxbb5 on Win XP SP2

Hello,

Why am I getting this weird error message whenever I try to open Dctxbb5. The following error message displays when I do this act. I am using Win XP SP2 and trying to resolve this problem. I did not find any resolution even from any forum. I need your help to fix this issue without facing any trouble. Please suggest me possible ways to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hallo Alicia,

To resolve that issue, you will need to uninstall older version, including all old drivers. You will also need to find any file remaining with the name of ufs and remove it. It can be anything from your windows dir. You will also need to attach ufs box when the computer asks for drivers. Give path something like this: x:prog……..filesSarasSoftUfsUFS_USB_DRIVERS,
where X is, you have winxp-sp2.
