Cannot install driver for Realtek RTL8168 network adapter

My computer is running on Windows Server 2012, it crashed and had the motherboard replaced. It has a Realtek RTL8168 Network adapter and I've been trying to install its driver without any luck. Each time I try to install it, it says it could not find the file. I downloaded the driver again and tried to install it and got the same error. Am I doing it wrong?

For this purpose you can find the driver checker software which will find the driver for your laptop automatically and will install them on your system and problem will be solved.
