Cannot export my contact from Outlook in Exchange Server

I have this error when I want to export my contact from Outlook in Exchange Server. I followed the steps that a friend of mine gives and he also did the same steps and it worked just fine. I think I missed something that causes this error. Can anyone help me please to fix this ? What I did wrong ?

Cannot export my contact from Outlook in Exchange Server


You can fix this problem by following few steps. 

1. First you have to open the Import and Export Wizard: Click on 'File' then Open > Import

2. Select the 'Export to a file' in the Wizard and click 'Next'.

3. Select the 'Outlook Data File' and click 'Next'. 

4. If you want to save all data then Select 'Contacts' folder and click 'Next'.

5. Give file a name and save it o the destination folder and click 'Finish'.

6. To secure the backup file you can add an optional password.

I am sure it will work.
