Cannot create, repair disks using Dell Backup and Recovery

For a new Dell Computer with a 'Dell Backup and Recovery' application, will it be a replacement for the Windows features like the 'Create System Repair Disk'? It seems that the feature to create a repair disk is disabled . is there a way to use it instead of Dell’s application?

Hello,

"system repair disc" is Enabled as a difault in Dell system. If you use Win 7 OS Try following steps:

Start > Type ' system repair disc ' in search box 

See if there is system repair disc available for your system.

Or try one of third party programs for your system.
