Hello

Follow these steps :

1 – Create a new user account with admin. permission and make password

2 – Disable the firewall

3 – Give full permission to the disk you want to shared /backup it

If this solution will not solve this problem try to do the following :

– Open Run

– Write (secpol.msc) and hit enter

– Choose Local Policies > Security Options

– Find( Network Security: LAN Manager authentication level)

– Change the settings to ( Network Security: LAN Manager authentication level )

I hope your problem will be solved
