If you are having a hard time pairing your Bluetooth headset with your mobile phone, here is a guide that will help you accomplish this.

  1. First, be sure that your Bluetooth headset and phone is completely charged. Then put your Bluetooth headset to pairing mode. To do this, be sure that the headset is turned off first. Then press and hold the multi-function button of the headset for a couple of seconds. This is the button you used in answering calls. Continue on pressing the button until the LED light on the headset starts blinking in alternating colors, usually red and blue. This means that the Bluetooth headset is already in pairing mode.
  2. Next, use your mobile phone to find the headset. You can usually see this on the Bluetooth settings of your phone. See if you can find any Bluetooth-enabled device around you. You should now see your headset on the detected device of your phone.
  3. When the phone finds the headset, enter the required PIN code on your phone. For most of the Bluetooth headsets, it is “0000”.
  4. Wait for the confirmation on your phone that the pairing is successful. You will usually receive a message like “Hands Free Connection Established”. And you’re done. You can now use your Bluetooth headset with your mobile phone.
