This error appears when I want to activate my program. I tried to activate it from the website and I can’t. I have the full version and an original key. Can anyone help me please to fix this ? Why I can’t activate ShadowProtect ?

If you are using ShadowProtect Desktop 5 make sure you meet all the requirements. In case you are using a version of Microsoft Windows earlier than Windows XP, you need a much higher operating system. ShadowProtect Desktop 5 supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1. To download, visit ShadowProtect Desktop 5.
When activating your current version, make sure your computer is connected to the internet. Remember that activation requires an internet connection because the program will verify the data to the server. You can’t activate the program if you don’t have an internet connection. If you are using a cabled internet or a broadband internet, check the network cable at the back of your CPU.
Disconnect the cable from the network port and then connect it back. Check your connection using your web browser or visit the ShadowProtect website. If your connection is fine, close the application and restart the computer. Try activating it again. You should also check that the application is configured properly. Make sure the following settings are set on your program:
IP address: 220.127.116.11
Local Service: Shadowprotectsvc.exe
