Cannot access Virtual machine console

Hi there,

I have failed in my attempts to grant remote control access to a specific user via vSphere web access.

I granted access to the person by making him a member of Virtual Machine user, which I feel is good enough to proceed further.

However after the installation of components related to Remote Console, I encounter the below mentioned error

Remote Console Plug-in Error
"Cannot access Virtual machine console. The request timed out. The attempt to acquire a valid session ticket for "  " took longer than expected. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator."
