I’m using Internet Explorer 9 as my browser; but I cannot access or download PDF files. An error appears like the one in the screenshot and stops there. What can I do now? Please assist me.

Hi Fred A Denker,

There is some problem with Internet Explorer to open PDF file when net speed is slow. So, I suggest to you that try to use another web browser. For PDF read and download I think Google Chrome is the best web browser. If you want you can use another one. But I recommend Google chrome because personally I use it and it's really easy to use and efficient also. You can download chrome free. Just go to google and search for “Google chrome” then just download and use it.

Good luck

Dear user,

The reason behind your problem, which is that you cannot access or download PDF files is may be because you are using an older version of Adobe Acrobat, a simple solution is that you should try to update Adobe Reader. If have the latest version, then, uninstall and re-install it. Another solution for your problem is that try using some other web browser, other than internet explorer.

Hope this will help you.

Thank you.
