My client, a medical research company, requested me to go and install a software for them. This software was to be added to Canfield imaging systems VISIA software package known as Mirror. This package was to provide the client with a solution to managing images, whose source was VISIA, more efficiently and in good standards. Presently, they can send images either one in a go or many in a go, using a format that is below the standards making them meaningless if you are not getting them from another VISIA system. However the installation also failed to complete because there was an issue with the licencing server “Canfield Imaging Systems Mirror Error Occurred: Error: 814F00F.” Is there someone who can solve this and give me an idea on how the two software packages can work together?

You may want to uninstall the Canfield Imaging system application and reinstall it again. It may be not performing well due to the error. Make sure that the computer server and all computers you are using to install and use the application meets the minimum system requirements for the application to work. You also need to make sure that the HASP key where all the license information is always connected to the network. The Canfield imaging system application will not run on any computer on the network if the HASP key could not be found.
