The Canadian Cancer Society in Saskatchewan is now being backed up by NewVoiceMedia’s cloud contact centre technology. This increases charitable donations by around 40 percent [40%]. This will further allow its mission to eliminate cancer and enhance the quality of life of those who already have cancer. From the time when the solutions from NewVoiceMedia were deployed in February, the charity has already created an omni-channel engagement centre to handle relationships with event participants, survivors, and volunteers which boosted donors’ charitable donations by 40 percent [40%].
