I decided to use Oracle report builder open office because I wanted to have a nice and clean reporting than the standard built-in report. But now I can't create a new report. What's the problem? I installed it correctly. Please help.

Either you have not selected the correct type or you did not start studio editor.Â
Â
To create a new report, please follow the steps below:

First of all you have to decide that which type of report you want to create
Â
1. Tabular- Displays the data in the form of columns
2. Chart- Displays the data in the form of figures
3. Cross-tab- Displays the data in a matrix or spreadsheet
4. Label- Data generally used for internal company routings.
5. Â Â Â Export- Formatted data

After that start the SQR Production Reporting Studio Editor to create new reports.

If you want to create a report from a Layout Template, simply click the Templates tab.
