I am much threatened that I might just lose my data because of this stupid error. Can anybody please tell me why I am receiving this error in my thread’s title? I already consolidated different suggestions from my friends about this but it seems hard to remove. Is there still any possible ways to have this rectified? I badly need to safeguard my data so I would appreciate it if you could help me out.
Can’t sync with Roboform Everywhere (Error 1393). What can I do?
If this is the first time that you can’t synchronize your login credentials with RoboForm, try restarting your computer then try it again. Make sure that your computer has an active internet connection while doing the synchronization. You may also check the stability of your internet connection by visiting some websites with your web browser or maybe watch some streaming videos to verify how fast your connection really is.
If your connection is fine and you still can’t synchronize, try resetting RoboForm to its default configuration. This is very helpful especially if you already changed some settings in the program, you totally forgot about it and then it doesn’t work well anymore. You can reset RoboForm to its default configuration by opening Options then clicking Set Defaults.
