Can’t send mail Queue full error – 0x800CCC78

Hi TechyV buddies!

I am having some problem with sending email. Every time I send an email I often encounter this error message:

Error Message:

"Task 'XXXXX – Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78): 'Cannot send the message. Verify the e-mail address in your account properties. The server responded: 452 #4.3.1 queue full'" I have encountered this error a couple of times already.

Can anyone help me solve this issue please?

Dear user,

I am assuming that you are using Gmail.

And you still get this error with outlook.

Try this fix,

Incoming mail server: pop.gmail.com
Outgoing mail server: smtp.gmail.com
Incoming Server Port: 995 (SSL)
Outgoing Server Port: 465 (SSL)

Also check SMTP requires authentication from more settings.

Hi there:

This error message is a PROBLEM detected by the SMTP server, can't connect to the mail server to deliver message.

I'm quite sure this problem isn't that COMPLICATED to solve.

You may try some of this:

a. You may Go to your ACCOUNT SETTINGS

Then SET the SMTP server to AUTHENTICATE

b. SET the SECURE SSL to NO (Untick the option)

c. MY SERVER REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION to YES (Tick)
