Hi Lindaichoi,

You are using Nokia E52, This handset supports Java. if you want send the jpg files (Image), Then you can use the following steps:

  1. open menu of your handset.
  2. click on application icon.
  3. you find "Email" and click on Email.
  4. configure email if not configured previously.
  5. then open email and found attachment.
  6. attach the JPG File and send

Hope it may help you. Thanks!

Hi,
This error is occurring due to size compatibility because first you should to check the size of JPEG files if JPEG file has converted from the illustrator sample so it has a larger size and now it is not supported for sending, in real life mostly users use FTP format for this resolution. Because heavier file cannot send so there is only one resolution make an FTP format of that file and send that. Hopefully this will help you.

Thanks
