I am getting the following error message using StatPro and I can’t save.xla files in a different folder except where the StatPro is saved. How can I remove this error? Have you any idea to remove this issue which occurs in Excel. Suggest me the way to fix it.

Thanks in advance.

Wilson,

You are getting this error because StatPro is unable to locate a file, in this case, like the error says, TSPlot.xla. Try the below resolution steps, I am sure one of the below should work because it is a simple known error:

  1. Re-install StatPro. Click NO when you get a prompt asking if you want to copy StatPro.xla to some other folder.
  2. In Excel, click File > Options > Add-ins. Click on StatPro in the add-ins box. You will get a path in the Location which appears below when you click StatPro. Open windows explorer and navigate to that location. It should contain about 317 files and occupy above 4Mb of space. If this is not the case, you will have to reinstall it.
