Can’t save the new configuration settings using the system builder

Hello friends

Recently I tried to edit my system using the system builder but unfortunately I could not. When I tried to save the new configuration settings, I got the following error:

Modify Options

There was an error while trying to copy files. One or more of the following could have happened:
– The RobotWare version of the system (or RobotWare files) has been removed from the Media Pool.
– The Media Pool used when creating the system has been moved or removed.

OK

I then uninstalled the robot studio and installed the robotware versions but still my efforts were wasted as it resulted in the same error.

Can anyone please give me some suggestions what to do to get rid of this error? I am really at my wits end now.

Looking forward to your replies

Kind regards

This usually happens when system32 file damaged another identical issue. You all have to reinstall your windows.

The wording of the error you're receiving "RobotWare version of the system has been removed from the Media Pool" could mean that there was a problem with updating RobotWare. In that case, a solution might be to contact the nearest ABB representative and check to see if you can get the older version (same as the one you originally used). If you can, try saving configuration settings and, if it works, don't allow RobotWare to automatically update in the future.
