Hello,

I turned on my computer and I noticed that all the settings for AweSync, I mean automatic updates have gone. I reconfigured it but didn't work and received the error mentioned below.

Can't process: Can't open Lotus Notes database, make sure defined server name and database path are correct. Server: , Path: C:Documents and SettingspkjohansLocal SettingsApplication DataLotusNotesDataPKJOHANS.ID
I've included today log file and yesterday one when it worked. Unfortunately the second log file is in Swedish.

What may be the settings I need to make in these settings, I am running Lotus Notes on a local machine?

Thanks.

I think this problem requires reinstalling the whole software since you did reconfigure it and it did not work. Since this is the current status of the application, reconfiguring it in other way will still have the same result. Maybe the program encountered an error and locked up that’s why reconfiguring it doesn’t have any effect.

Before reinstalling it, check your machine first for any signs of infection. Update your antivirus then run a full system scan on your whole computer. Make sure to scan the System Volume Information folder which is located in the root of every drive. Make some changes in the Folders Option to make hidden files and folders visible to be able to see it in Windows Explorer. If the scan didn’t find any virus hiding in your system, uninstall Lotus Notes from your machine then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install the program again after this and then configure it again then check if it works.
