Hi, I am unable to log in my to yahoo messenger in my windows operating system. The password and the username is correct but I still can’t log in. I searched in the forums for help, but nothing suited well.
Do you have any possible solution of this problem?

Are you very much positive that password and email add you entered is correct?
During the registration of a yahoo mail account, one needs to have an alternative email where the details of your yahoo account will be sent including the email add itself and the password. Have you tried checking it in your alternative email?
If you did and the problem is still not resolved, you can use the Forgot Password option below the Password textbox.
A security question will pop up that you need to answer correctly. Be reminded though that your password will be automatically changed, but you can still change it back to your old password once you have opened your account.
If nothing helps, report it to Yahoo!'s customer support for help.
