Can’t install Opera 10.51, error 1316

Hello.

I am trying to install latest version of opera. I am getting this error message: 

 

Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file: C:UsersKristianAppDataLocalTemp{18C9D686-78E6-4866-B58A-5C06BB808FEA)Opera_1051

_int_Setup.msi

Can’t install Opera 10.51, error 1316

Hi,

 This error is the installation error. Try these steps:-

  1.Clean Windows Registry using registry cleaner utility like RegInOut

  2. Download Windows Installer Cleanup utility

  3. Install it

  4. Modify registry information of the Windows installer

  5. Now give full access to that file
