Hi experts

I am running this FTP only for LAN. When I am trying to download software from FTP (Linux, RHEL5) server I am getting the following error message:

FTP Folder Error

An error occurred coping the selected items from the FTP Server.

Details:

200 Switching to Binary mode.

227 Entering Passive Mode (10,1,1,1,40,75).

213 435847168

550 Failed to open file.

I need to solve it. What should I do?

Thanks

Linux machine to a windows" can be done two ways.

  1. Linux’s a client. Windows operates an FTP or SSH or SCP server. It has a client and presses on the document to Windows. Find the FileZilla for free windows FTP server. In addition, windows frequently has an FTP service that's switched off. Switch it on.
  2. Windows’ a client. Windows at regular intervals hauls the file from the linux server. This is more easy given that Linux by now has all the essential servers obtainable. You do, however, have to start them on Linux.

Conveniently scores of sftp, scp clients for Windows are available. Windows draws closer with an ftp client. Search in Google for sftp client. You'll find WinSCP, Putty, filezilla, and list of sftp clients
