I want to monitor my internet usage. Can someone suggest me some programs which can help me in internet data usage monitor for Windows 7? Please also give best features of each.

Its best feature is that it has a meter graph to track your download and upload speeds.

Though it does not have a quota system, it has a very easy system to track your daily or monthly usage. Also, you can see the list of programs which are using the internet.
