I have kids that stream and download a bunch of stuff online.  When we now try to go online we are rerouted to spam sites and it will not let us control anything. Can a router get a virus or malware? Should I reset it to the factory settings?

Hi Tyrone E Louis just uninstall Google Chrome if you already have it, and then use the following link to reinstall it? Google chrome this link will install Chrome to %Program Files% instead of %LocalAppData%, which fixes the error 3 and the 0x80040154 for many users. If the problem still persists try using other browser such as Firefox or Opera.
