There are a number of applications that when I run, requires .NET Framework in Windows. I have tried severally to download but I have not been successful Once I downloaded the application on another computer and when I brought it to my computer it refused to install. Is Mono Framework a substitute for Microsoft .NET Framework? Does it have any system issues when run on a Windows platform?
