I am using iPhone 3GS. Can I use Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) for this type of phone? Is it available in the market right now? I’m having trouble accessing my company’s website using Safari. Please tell me what the best solution is. I think I need to use internet explorer iPhone 3GS.

I am sorry but there is no option available to use Internet Explorer 8 on iPhone 3GS. If your Safari Browser is giving a tough time please try another browser except Safari. Hopefully one of them will work. I am giving you a link. It has 12 browsers which are compatible with iPhone 3GS.Â

Hi Wales: though it is very less common but still there are such web sites that require only certain browsers. Please remember that iOS is the operating system used by Apple’s iPhone. Microsoft (the company that makes Windows and Internet Explorer) does not make IE that is compatible with iPhone iOS, hence you are out of luck. However you may also try other browsers that are available for iOS eg Chrome, Dolphin, Atomic, Mercury etc.
