Hi guys, I have lot of word files which need to be changed to PDF format so for that can I use adobe PDF directly or do I have to do it manually I mean writing all the data again in adobe PDf.Actually I have a project in which my work is to convert word files to PDF format for my client.Please tell me is it right to do this how if not how to convert word file to PDF format.

Converting word files to pdf is one of the basic features of Adobe PDF. You have to be sure that your Adobe is a licensed one and not the regular  Adobe PDF  acrobat reader that you download for free.

If you don't have a complete Adobe PDF, there are some free softwares on the internet that can convert word files without paying a license, but have some limitations regarding the size of the documents you can convert to.

Also, if you have word 2010 or 2013 installed on your computer, you can use them to do what you want. You only have to go to save as and choose the option "create XPS/PDF"
