Does had any risks to use third party apps?
Does it better than iTunes?

I have read thoroughly the information you wanted. For tips on this I can help you. Like all other apps available this app has some advantages and disadvantages. It has improved sound quality than the default iOS music apps. Lots of tweaks are available so that you can get sound to sound how you like it. You can access all your music. This is also cheap compared to others. So you may try this app for a better music experience. I have found no problem with it to use a third party app. Compared to iTunes I will say that you may enjoy this more as it is very much improved.

This is a good music player application. I have tried this and its sound quality is great. It offers an SRS WOW HD processing which renders a song to sound as if you are in the same room with an artist listening to it. Its features are it has a ten band-equalizer and DJ style mood. You have also two options which are the Party mode and workout mode that automatically adjust your music to your desired activity. The good thing about this application is that it supports Airplay and iTunes applications.
This application just cost $6.99 for iPhone and $9.99 for iPad.

iTunes is mainly meant to be used as a music manager and means of purchasing music online. However, in addition to purchasing music, one can listen to any of the music shared by others on a network. So, for example, if another person in your network has iTunes and decides to share their music, you can listen to it. iTunes does not allow you to save this music to your hard drive.
MyTunes adds this previously unimplemented feature by allowing you to save music from other computers to your hard drive.
Note: Some users have experienced problems when downloading many songs at once. In order to decrease the probability of something going wrong, it is suggested that you limit downloading to somewhere around 4 or 5 downloads at a time.

You should definitely try MyTunes Pro by SRS Labs. There are definitely some useful features which would attract you.
1. MyTunes Pro shows the album arts in the Album and Playlist view and uses a List View to show the Songs, Artists, Genres etc. This kind of view is not that attractive than the Album Cover View of iTune but it is much quicker to find anything in a large collection of music.
2. MyTunes Pro HD provides two mixer modes which I think you will find interesting, Party Mixer and Workout Mixer. If you choose the Party Mixer mode for your playlist or for an album then it will rearrange the tracks in a way that the melodious tracks come first and hardest rocking tracks come later. When you choose the Workout Mixer during workout sessions just 1, 2, 3, 4 accompanied by your footfalls on the treadmill and the app will adjust the speed of the tracks matching the tempo. I think it’s a huge fun altering your mixers according to your mood.
The app is not harmful though it’s a third party app. No need to worry at all.
In some way this app is better than iTunes but there are issues to be solved until it comes with all of its features supported by iPhone, iPod and iPad.
Personally I will suggest you to wait until the app come with full functionality and not a single bug. If you want to buy the app it will cost you $7.
