Hi everyone, I just recently purchase an iPad, I am new to the world of Apple. I would like to know if I can display status satellite iPad? Or if there is an IOS application that can help me?

Hi there Wade, an IPad is very useful especially for checking your locations, and for every new IPad users, I would strongly recommend you make use of your Play Store and check on GPS status, GPS receiver, GPS add ons. But why don't you try opening up an application such as a map or latitude and check settings. Normally it would also give off GPS status.

Your iPad already has a GPS feature. If you bought an iPad model WiFi +Â 4G, it has an integrated GPS chip inside which you don't need to pay data plans to retrieve information about your current location. On other models, you must be connected to a WiFi zone or subscribe to a data plan because it needs internet connection to update your GPS status.Â
