Can I merge images kml from several to one without loosing of any data? My kml files with images were taken from Google maps.

It depends on how big or how small your KML files are. If it's too large, I think the best way is to make an index that will let the user open the KML file they want. But I think you should have the ability to do some sort of programming. There are also some free converters that can merge KML files. If your KML files are small, then you can be able to merge it into one. You just need to extract the code on each KML file and then copy it into another KML file with all the codes. You can use a text editor such as UltraEdit. It works with some macro functions. I'm not just sure about Global Mapper but I think you can load 45K KML files and then export it as a single KML file.
