We have an IP VPN setup in our school system. Is it possible to combine several active directories into Spice Works?

Hi Lynn,
Yes you can combine them into spiceworks.
- First is create a back up of your database. Go to settings and back up configuration and click back up now
- Install your spiceworks in your computer
- Exit to spiceworks and delete all database information
- Transfer the back up into the new installation
- Recreate your back up settings

Hi,
This is possible to do. First if your Spiceworks is below the version 5.0, it is better to upgrade it before following any of the instructions. I think using Remote Collectors will sort out your issues with combining multiple Active directories. For more instructions read below link about Remote Collector.
