I'm using MS Access 2007, and I Have been using this for almost 2 years.

When I started to work in an Internet cafe, the only MS Access they use is MS Access 2003.

I wonder if I can attach documents and files, any help there?

Yes you can attach files using MS Access 2007. There are two ways to add an attachment field to a table.

First one is you can add the field in Datasheet view while the other option is you can add it in Design view.

First Option

  1. Click the available blank column or create another blank column.
  2. On the Datasheet tab, click the down arrow next to Data Type, and then click Attachment.

MS Access will set the data type for the field to an Attachment field and place an icon in the header row of the field. Now save your changes made to the table.

Second Option

  1. Using Navigation Pane, right-click the table that you want to change for attachment.
  2. In the column name, select a blank row and enter a name for your attachment field.
  3. In the same row, under Data Type, click Attachment.
  4. Save your changes.

That is true Aaliyah1 but in my opinion i think you shouldn't attach your files and documents in Access just you may use access to put the link of the location as using access to attach documents will not be helpful as it hold for just 2GB for the data and i know attaching your documents using access will make Access reaches the limit 2GB quickly.

So like i said you may keep link of the location using access so i think you need to use Follow Hyperlink command to attach and open your data , files and documents from your location of your network

So i hope my suggestion helps you
