To be honest, even if Reviewers have considered Apple iPad as the King of Tablet kingdom there are some folks who still believe that the remaining contenders would definitely take something out of there sleeves. Catering to their thoughts theres a new Runner on the streets, that's rumored to give Apple's iPad a good competition.
There's no such resonating fame talks on Galaxy Tab, but that's not the priority. What Apple fans or the criticizing people are unable to digest is that, this particular Galaxy tab would be the one Tab, that'll be the only Real time alternative to Apple iPad. Is this correct?
Can Galaxy Tab be an alternative to iPad?

I will try to explain the core differences between the Samsung galaxy tab and the apple iPad. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is the next generation tablet of Samsung stacked with their own applications and software but the iPad is the all time best seller so far. Well if you compare the Galaxy Tab with the iPad 3 in case of the screen resolution then iPad 3 is by far the best thing you will get. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has a built-in IR-blaster that will help to change TV channel right from the tablet but in the case of iPad there are a lot of accessories to do that but no built in thing. In case of the other apps, the apple appstore is much better well tuned than the Google play appstore.

So what I can say now is Galaxy tab is surely emerging as the top competitor of the apple iPad it will still take some time.
