I believe that error is as a result of a new hardware or software installed on your PC, you can do the following to overcome it.

Its better you start with the basics, unplug most of the hardware and re-boot your system.

you can also use the Bcdedit.exe tool to re-build your BCD manually.

you can also do a startup repair or boot your system in safe mode, this will fix most of the errors on your system.
