Hi guys , I need your help to find a good firewall to my laptop , Right now I have kaspersky 2009 Internet Security , but I need a good firewall , which need to show what are the programs use internet most

If you have kaspersky 2009 internet security I suggest that you upgrade to kaspersky 2012 internet security and please follow the tips I would give you.
1. Please update your antivirus and have a full system scan, this is just a weekly maintenance on your computer you can do it once a week. ( You must have a Good and trusted antivirus I recommend using kaspersky and Norton)
2. Have a registry cleaner and fixer ( I will give you a link on the program that I am using http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download) Please download and install the program and Run it. Click on the registry and scan for issues and it will fix it.
