Hi guys. I need some help with this error message. It says a BTTrayCE.exe is not valid Pocket PC application. What is this BTTrayCE? It is the first time I have stumbled on this error. Is there a quick fix for this? Thank you in advance.

Hi David,

BTTrayCE.exe is a file for your device's Bluetooth.  This error is common after you installed TOM TOM on your device.

After installing TOM TOM , this application also installs two "bad" files that can cause conflict on your device's Bluetooth.

These files are "BtCoreIf.Dll" and "BtSdkCE30.Dll".

You have to locate these files on your Windows directory and have it deleted or renamed so it won't bring any conflicts on your Bluetooth driver. After doing so, reboot your device and check if the Bluetooth is working.
