BSNL Broadband-DSL intermittent Link problem
I have BSNL landline and broadband. The speed is good and is the only service available at low cost in my city. But, from the recent past, the DSL LED in the modem goes off after 10-15 minutes and comes back automatically. I had replaced the Modem with the DLINK modem and it started to work fine, But, since past three days the problem is still repeating. The service person checked the wiring and said everything is fine. But, i get internet only intermittently. Is this because of some software in my desktop or should i see alternate internet options?
