I paid $49.99 to Bsecure in October 2012. I thought that included anti virus protection but I see that I have none. Can you help me with this?

I've heard there are so many issues regarding the "anti-virus" functionality of bsecure. This software should block the suspected PC virus but to some extent even safe websites have been blocked from using this bsecure. I assume at this time, you were updated with the fitness of this product and I agree with many negative reviews about the products and only "chatbot" were there to answer your questions. Be ready for the repeat answers you might get with "chatbot". If I were in your situation I may report this malicious product to a better business bureau. If I will give you this link to contact them and assist you with your problem.
