I'd like to use Skype always but some time it cannot add my new friend,
Please answer me how can I solve this problem?

Browsing Skype and feel trouble
Skype has over 600 million users as of September of 2011. This is managed by Microsoft that has their headquarter in Luxembourg. Many of the development teams and employees are located in Tallinn and Tartu, Estonia.
Skype is different from VoIP services, they are hybrid peer-to-peer and client–server system, utilizing the background process on computers that has an active Skype software. The Skype's original name is Sky peer-to-peer which imitates it.
Most of the time, the problem is due to a poor connection so you will need to call your internet provider and ask to increase the speed.
You can also restart your computer if you experienced the same issue.

Make sure that when you open Skype you are on the contacts tab, now select Add and a new box will appear…All you have to do is either type in the email address of your friend that you wish to add or you can type in there user name. Remember that your friend has to have a Skype account to be found. Once you have located your friend click on Add Skype Contact.
To ring your friend all you have to do is select there name within the Skype software contacts tab and click on green phone icon, to end your free phone call click on the red phone icon.
