Hey, the recommended internet speed for xbox live should be more than then 3 MBPS or it could not be less than 1 MBPs as most of the games are in high graphics and they required the said speed to run lag free also. The upload speed should range between 0.5-1 Mbps only. Below shows the steps for the same:
• First go to the guide button on the controller > setting > systems settings
• Next select the settings network
• Next select the name for the wireless network present
• Next select the network statistics
• Check the speed as the wireless device.
