Hey, the steps for an error occurred while retrieving policy for this computer is given below:

  • Log on to the workstation for the SCCM account network.
  • Now request the user certificate and install the same if prompted too.
  • Now on the system open the add or remove snap in > certificates > user accounts
  • Next export the certificates as per need along with the keys too.
  • Next in the databases import the same certificates too and export later
  • Next enter the passwords for the same and it’s done.
