I think your Bluetooth device is having a problem starting up or initializing every time Windows starts.

Try checking your hard drive first if it has errors in it. You need to use a disk utility application to be able to check your hard drive. You can download any disk utility tool over the internet like Norton SystemWorks or Norton Utilities, the latest release.

It will diagnose your hard drive for any errors in the file structures, any misreported free space, cross-linked files, misallocated space for files, and others that is affecting some applications from working properly.

You can also use Windows disk check tool.

  1. Right click on drive C and then select Properties.
  2. Click Tools tab.
  3. Click Check Now.
  4. Check the option Automatically fix file system errors.
  5. Click Start.

Restart your computer after disk check has finished to see if the Bluetooth service can now start.

If the problem was not fixed, uninstall your device’s driver and then install it back afterwards.
