Hello! I installed Windows 7 on my PC 4 days ago by myself and today tried to send some files via Bluetooth and couldn't.  Reinstalled driver for Bluetooth device, but still the same problem. Other device can see mine, but error occurs while trying to send files. Other programs, devices work perfectly so I thought it has nothing to do with windows. Please assist.

Hello Any Hill,   There is no need to install Bluetooth driver in window 7, As these are automatically installed. But as you say you install them, So I think you installed which are not compatible with your device. Please ensure this. Also sometimes file sharing may be off. So go to connection, Then Bluetooth setting and then enables the file sharing on.

That problem has nothing to do with Windows 7 itself because it is a device-specific issue. With Bluetooth connection, it is not enough that other devices see your Bluetooth-enabled computer. Because Bluetooth connectivity is a 1-on-1 communication, both devices (your computer and the other device) have to be connected to each other first before you can send and receive files.

Bluetooth

To connect your Windows 7 Bluetooth-enabled computer with an Android Smartphone, you need to pair them first. When pairing Bluetooth-enabled devices, both devices need to see each other before they can be paired. When this is successful, you can start pairing the devices. Because this involves a computer, the pairing needs to be initiated from the Smartphone because that’s the easiest and fastest way.

When pairing Bluetooth devices, the device that initiated the pairing sends a code to the other device. On the screen of the receiving device, you should see the exact code and then accept it. Once the code is accepted, both devices are now paired and you can now start sending files to the other device.
