Hi,
I tried to install the BlueStacks in the computer to connect my BlackBerry Phone. The download was complete, but the error appears while I setup. And I then tried to repair the software and install but I get the same error message again. How will I setup the Bluestacks? Do I need to change the settings or properties? Please help. Thanks.

This means, the BlackBerry Desktop Software is not yet installed on your computer. Stop installing BlueStacks since the required application is not yet available.
Install BlackBerry Desktop Software first. To fix your problem, download and install BlackBerry Desktop Software 7.1. It requires Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8. You also need to install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 if you don’t have it yet on your computer. BlackBerry Desktop Software will not run without Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1.
When BlackBerry Desktop Software 7.1 and Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 are already installed, try installing BlueStacks again.
