There is a software for BlueSoleil you can find and download from this link: http://www.bluesoleil.com/Default.aspx It charge 20$ for a license. This software works in many Linux distribution versions such as Ubuntu, Debian, Moblin and Xandros. It’s very easy to use. On the left side on the website, you have image slideshow that will help you to setup connection by selecting Bluetooth device icon.
If you want something free then try searching some Bluetooth manager software for Ubuntu. Here is one that you can look at: http://www.ubuntugeek.com/blueman-bluetooth-manager-for-ubuntu.html On this page also have instruction how to install, step by step tips.
