I have e machines laptop. And i want to use Bluetooth to transfer files from my phone.
But the manual does not have any instructions how to.
I am sure there is Bluetooth in my laptop specifications.
Please help.

I tell you some Procedure.
Apply that procedures remove this error
1. First check your laptop Bluetooth that it is on and mobile Bluetooth both are on.
2. Go to Start then go to My Computer right click there after it click at properties Go to hardware and find device manager then see there driver of Bluetooth is installed correctly i recommend you that you uninstall it and then again install it. and if you can't do it then you install window again it may be recover your problem.

Look for the Bluetooth symbol on your keyboard and make sure it is on. Also make sure that the Bluetooth features of your phone is on. Set your phone to find the Bluetooth signal from your computer,once the computer name it detected,you can then pass on or download your files from your phone to your computer and vice versa.

About On board Bluetooth of  E machines Laptop, Please Check First  the device if the device is really Working ,I'll give you same  procedures,Before that try to send it to another device with a Bluetooth to see if the Bluetooth is really ok or find the Bluetooth symbol on your laptop in the bottom right corner of your screen.Â
Check  your laptop if there's a switch around it for your Bluetooth like a on/off switch like a WiFi,if you see a symbol of a Bluetooth use a key ALT+ THE SYMBOL of the Bluetooth  if not try this
Procedures:
1. Restart the laptop to refresh the system
2. Go to device manager , On the desktop right click the computer and you will see the device manager then try to see if the device with Bluetooth is installed. If not try to install it using your laptop driver
3. If the Bluetooth device is installed and not working properly uninstalled it and install it again.

For E-Machines laptops, the Bluetooth device can be turned on or off by pressing and holding the Fn key at the bottom left of your keyboard, then tapping the F3 key. Once its done, you select a file from your phone and send it via Bluetooth. The phone will search for available Bluetooth devices in an area and will detect your computer.
Usually, the default Bluetooth name of an E-Machines laptop is "OEM". Now, click START then type Bluetooth in your start search and click on BLUETOOTH FILE TRANSFER. Â
Since you wanted to receive files from your phone, you should select RECEIVE FILES and click next.
You must do this while the phone is searching for a Bluetooth signal. Please see screenshot below:
